Q: From the customer's perspective, how much involvement and resources are required in order for the process to work at an optimal level?

A : Again, this varies depending on the agreed to relationship and can be as little as less than a full resource on your side to act as a point of contact to a broader team to handle all operations.

Q: How confidential is my information?
